Abstract Submission Guidelines

 

Abstracts should be submitted through an Easy Chair Account.

If you do not have an Easy Chair Account, please create an Easy Chair account providing a proper Username and a password.

All abstracts will be reviewed and accepted abstracts will be presented at the Oral or Poster Session at the conference. Only the accepted abstracts will be asked to submit the full paper and the reviewed full paper will be published in the conference proceedings with ISBN number.  

All abstracts must be submitted electronically. We do not accept submissions via mail or fax.

All abstracts must be written and submitted in English

Please follow the Easy Chair guidelines and fill them accordingly.

Please include the information of all the authors in “author information” section of the submission boxes.  We will not accept inclusion of additional authors and changes after the abstract submission deadline. Please tick the corresponding author of each submission.  

Insert the Title, Abstract and Other Information of the abstract.

Abstracts are limited to 200 words within the "abstract text" section of the submission box.

The keywords of the abstract should be filled one below the other with a maximum of 5 key words and a minimum of 3.

Please tick the theme of the Abstract from the provided list.

For the submission of the Abstract please tick the “Abstract only” box.

When the filling is complete, please click the Submit box to complete the submission of the Abstract.

Full paper formatting guidelines

 

The full paper should be not more than 12 pages in length. Manuscripts should be submitted only in Microsoft Word 2007 format (*.docx). Page sizes should be A4 & use Normal format for margin.

Important:

 

 

It is important that you SHOULD NOT include any author details within the full paper. This will ensure your details will not be passed on to the reviewers through the system to maintain the double blind review standards. Instead, all your author details will have to be entered separately when you submit the full paper through the congress website.

The paper should follow the formatting guidelines strictly. The easiest way to achieve this is to use the provided template and change the text inside to reflect your paper content. Alternatively, format guidelines are given below, should you prefer to format the paper from scratch.

Paper title - Font: Times new Roman, 11 pt, Bold, Upper Case,Center

 

Subtitles-Font: Times new Roman, 11 pt, Bold, Capitalaize Each word, Left Alligne

 

Text -  Times New Roman, 11 pt, Justified, Line spacing: Single, Space After: 0, Indent: Left: 0, Right: 0

 

Keywords - As same as Abstract text, but should start with the word “Keywords:” which should be bold. Add up to five keywords, separated by commas, Font: italic
